The role centers on designing and delivering Power Platform solutions for client projects as a consultant. You’ll identify client needs, craft value-driven solutions, and understand governance models and processes to tailor Power Platform deployments. You should be flexible and proactive, ready to join client teams and take ownership quickly when needed. Most clients are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area, so working on-site in that region is expected. Your tasks include defining and implementing Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, with preference for experience in Copilot Studio, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate Desktop. You may also leverage experience with Code Apps, Power BI, and Process Mining, as well as data skills with Databricks and Fabric. A broad automation and AI mindset will help you succeed in projects that may involve Azure AI solutions or modernization of RPA implementations. You should have strong Power Platform expertise across both UI and other functionality, with at least three years in production environments and experience taking responsibility from design to production deployment. Consulting experience and ability to work at client interfaces, with fluency in Finnish and English, are desired. Knowledge of Power Platform practices, environments management, Dataverse usage, data models, and Power Platform features is valued. Certifications at Associate or Expert level in Power Platform and Microsoft ecosystems are advantageous.
