You build and develop entities that support the applicant's journey from first contact to application decision and commitment as a student. You plan and advance marketing and communication solutions that support both individual educational programs and the overall educational offering of the LUT higher education institutions. You work in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and provide data-based insights to support decision-making. You act as a sparring partner, collect insights from various actors, and advance solutions that improve the effectiveness of marketing. In your role, you combine analysis and creativity: you identify the attractiveness factors of programs, clarify messages, and define key selling arguments. What we expect from you You have strong experience in planning marketing and marketing communication and the ability to use data and analytics in decision-making. You understand how multi-channel marketing is developed based on target groups and how effectiveness is built long-term. You are accustomed to combining strategic thinking and practical execution. You identify the essential, make justified choices, and advance them determinedly. You operate naturally with various internal and external stakeholders and influence the organization's operations extensively. You know how to spar with others, challenge constructively, and build a common direction. We value an understanding of product portfolio development, international marketing, and student recruitment. However, industry expertise is not a requirement – the most important thing is your ability to learn new things and apply your expertise quickly. In our international working environment, excellent Finnish and English language skills are a necessity.
