Staria is looking for an IT Specialist to join their IT team to support growth and develop a modern, cloud-based IT environment. The role focuses on the core of a Microsoft-based environment, combining cloud services, security, endpoint management, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include maintaining and developing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure environments, as well as managing user identities, permissions, and Windows and macOS endpoints. The specialist will monitor security alerts in Microsoft Sentinel, investigate security incidents, and develop security monitoring in collaboration with a SOC partner. Additionally, the role involves solving complex technical problems, implementing automations, managing vulnerabilities, and participating in IT projects, migrations, and integrations. The position is based in Helsinki, Tampere, or Turku, following a hybrid work model that combines modern offices with flexible remote work, with an expectation to work from the office a few days a week.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure environments
- Manage user identities, access rights, and Windows and macOS endpoints
- Monitor and handle security alerts in Microsoft Sentinel and investigate security incidents
- Solve demanding technical problems and act as an expert in complex support situations
- Implement automations, changes, and continuous service improvements
- Ensure environment security, compliance, and vulnerability management
- Participate in IT projects, migrations, and integrations
- Collaborate with business, internal stakeholders, and technology partners
- Monitor, maintain, and develop telecommunication networks with an outsourcing partner
- Document solutions and operating models and share expertise
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and/or Azure environments
- Understanding of IT infrastructures, networks, and SaaS solution management
- Interest in technical security and willingness to learn more
- Independent, solution-oriented, and practical approach to work
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent in Finnish and English
