Staria is looking for an IT Specialist to join their IT team to support growth and develop a modern, cloud-based IT environment. The role focuses on the core of a Microsoft-based environment, combining cloud services, security, endpoint management, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include maintaining and developing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure environments, as well as managing user identities, permissions, and Windows and macOS endpoints. The specialist will monitor security alerts in Microsoft Sentinel, investigate security incidents, and develop security monitoring in collaboration with a SOC partner. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and/or Azure environments
- Understanding of IT infrastructures, networks, and SaaS solution management
- Interest in technical security and willingness to learn more
- Independent, solution-oriented, and practical approach to work
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent in Finnish and English
