We are looking for a skilled CNC Turner for Tampere, Hervanta. We are seeking a professional who feels at home in a machine shop environment and has a confident grip on CNC turning. The work is performed with a modern machine fleet, and you will handle diverse turning tasks ranging from small batches to single pieces. The machine fleet utilizes Fanuc and Mazatrol controls; proficiency in one is a requirement, and knowledge of the other is considered an advantage. The work is performed in a 2-shift rotation. In this role, a person who enjoys practical work, can take responsibility for their own tasks, and wants to develop their turning skills will succeed. We value a meticulous approach and quality of work. What does the job entail? * CNC turning for small batches and single pieces * Performing setups and fine-tuning programs * Working with Fanuc and/or Mazatrol controlled machines * Measuring parts and ensuring quality We expect from you: * Experience in CNC turning * Proficiency in either Fanuc or Mazatrol control * Ability to perform setups and program changes * A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work * Precision and a desire to produce high-quality results * Readiness for 2-shift work Considered an advantage: * Programming skills for CNC machines * Experience with both controls (Fanuc & Mazatrol) * Diverse machine shop experience We offer you: * A stable and long-term position in a modern machine shop * Diverse and technically interesting turning work * Opportunity to develop your skills and grow as a professional * Support from a competent team and effective onboarding Remuneration: Remuneration is determined by your expertise, ranging between 15 - 18 €/h.
