Maintenance Worker

We are seeking two maintenance workers for our client’s new resort in Rovaniemi for the winter season. The resort hosts daily activity and guests arrive, depart, and spend their holiday days, so everything must run smoothly. The job includes daily maintenance and repair tasks for the property and buildings, small repair and installation work, troubleshooting maintenance needs and faults, grounds and surroundings upkeep, maintenance of furniture and equipment, and collaboration with other staff. We do not expect you to be able to do everything, but we hope you will take the initiative, diagnose problems, and see tasks through to completion. Previous experience in property maintenance, building trades, or similar roles is advantageous. A practical attitude and technical understanding are important in this role. If you are the kind of person who when something does not work immediately says, “got it, I’ll fix it,” you may be the right fit. The position is for the winter season in Rovaniemi.
