Are you a building automation expert who enjoys solving technical problems? We are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer for our building automation maintenance & services team in Helsinki. The Task Solving customer problems is a matter of honor for us at JIS. As a Maintenance Engineer, you ensure that our customers' building automation systems operate reliably and efficiently. Your work directly affects the functionality, energy efficiency, and user experience of properties. You identify hidden problems and areas for development and propose solutions that bring added value and cost savings to the customer. Your work consists of diverse maintenance tasks and small renovation projects. You program and develop existing building automation systems and provide technical support to installers on system questions. You will mainly work with Schneider EcoStruxure, Fidelix, and Siemens systems. You operate at the customer interface, allowing you to build long-term customer relationships and help customers find the best solutions for their properties. You will become part of a growing national maintenance team of 50 people, including installers and maintenance engineers. About You You enjoy technical problem solving and get a sense of achievement when you find a working solution for the customer. You have an education in the electrical or automation field and experience with building automation systems and their programming. We especially value expertise in Schneider EcoStruxure, Fidelix, or Siemens systems. You work independently and dare to make independent decisions. You are customer-oriented and want to constantly develop your own skills and solve challenging problems. You also enjoy collaborating with others and are happy to share your expertise with colleagues. Success in the position requires excellent Finnish language skills. We Offer At JIS, you will become part of a growing expert organization where the level of ambition is high and work is taken seriously, but not solemnly. You will be responsible for diverse accounts and varying sites, where no two days are the same. In your work, you will be able to utilize your technical expertise, develop systems, and influence the functionality and energy efficiency of our customers' properties. You will be surrounded by an experienced and helpful community where expertise is shared openly. With us, you get responsibility, freedom, and the opportunity to develop your own expertise. About Us The JIS story began in 2001 with one man and a van. When the company's founders traveled around Finland on installation gigs 25 years ago, it was already important to them that while work is done seriously, it must also be fun. These values have been cherished to this day, and the company has grown into one of Finland's largest building automation houses. Today, over 300 top professionals in the electrical and automation field work for us, and the fight against stupidity continues! What sets us apart is the JIS spirit, which we hold onto tightly. It is important to us that you share our values: "no need to call after us", "do it as a team and help a buddy" and "it works and gets sorted". We do what we promise and always with professional pride. Our community spirit is top-notch and the expertise in the house is incredibly high. Colleagues are helpful and easy to approach - no one is left alone. Further Information and Application Instructions Does this sound like you?
