ABC Kuortti seeks a traffic-store employee for an open-ended position. The job time averages 30 hours per week. Start date as per agreement. At ABC you will perform a variety of tasks in a busy environment as part of a cheerful and supportive team. In this role you work across store areas, including restaurant and market, with duties such as cash handling, shelf replenishment, food preparation, dish service, and presenting buffet and vitrines. You will also help maintain the store’s pleasant and clean environment. The core responsibility is to ensure customers receive friendly and efficient service. You are the right person if you have a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and a willingness to provide excellent customer service. The work at ABC is often fast-paced, so initiative, quick work pace, and adaptability help you succeed. Flexibility and willingness to work shifts are valued. ABC Kuortti serves every day from 6:00 to 24:00, with morning, day, and evening shifts. Prior customer service or restaurant experience is advantageous, but the most important thing is the right attitude and willingness to learn. Pay is determined by the retail sector collective agreement and depends on education and experience, ranging from 10.88–14.57 €/h with evening and weekend supplements. In addition, all employees are part of a performance bonus circle, which can add up to 1.10 €/hour.
