Stera Technologies Oy is an internationally operating contract manufacturer employing over 900 people in Finland and Estonia. Your workday Your workday includes TIG welding of junction boxes with material thicknesses ranging from 1–4 mm. Stainless steel is used as the material, and products are manufactured according to strict quality requirements. Your working hours are 40 hours per week, and work is performed Monday to Friday in a two-shift system. The employment relationship follows the Technology Industries collective agreement.
