We are seeking School Attendance Supervisors for the TELMA training program in Turku for a fixed-term part-time contract (31 August 2026 – 4 June 2027) with the possibility to start immediately or by agreement. The position is part-time (30 hours per week) excluding school holidays. The salary range is approximately 1681–1930 EUR per month, and pay depends on prior relevant work experience. As a School Attendance Supervisor, you will accompany students in their daily lives, support them in learning, assist with everyday tasks (meals, dressing, mobility), and collaborate with the students’ networks as part of a multidisciplinary team. Work takes place both at the school premises and in external learning environments. We value initiative and flexibility, and enjoy working with young people. Your background could be a practical nurse (lähihoitaja) or School Attendance Supervisor qualification, or comparable experience. A B-class driving license is preferred.
