Night Supervisor

We are hiring a night supervisor for the demanding care unit Korento in Vantaa, Etelä-Nikinmäki. Humana's child protection services emphasize customer orientation. The Korento unit consists of two high-level foster care housing units, located in Korson area of Vantaa; Korento’s facilities were renovated in 2022. The role is full-time and permanent; start date to be agreed. As a night supervisor you guide, support, and encourage children and ensure safe, peaceful nights. You will work closely with guardians, education authorities, social authorities, and other networks. The job also includes domestic tasks. We offer comprehensive onboarding, flexible work arrangements where possible, a supportive team, and a respectful, developmental work culture. Salary is guided by the private social services TES; base salary is 2,850.98–3,110.42 EUR/month, plus a 155.59 EUR/month allowance for job demands, and TES-based shift bonuses. Requirements include a AMK-level Social Services degree (sosionom), experience in foster care and working with children and youths, psychiatric care experience, empathy, teamwork, and flexibility. Driving license and driving skills required; hygiene certificate and EA1 are beneficial.
