We are now seeking GENERAL PRACTITIONERS FOR STUDENT HEALTHCARE For our Jyväskylä service point for a full-time (38 h 15 min/week) and permanent employment contract starting September 1st or as agreed. The task can be performed from the service point or partially remotely. Work can be full-time or part-time - tell us your wish! Typical reasons for visits for our client group are questions related to mental health, skin diseases, musculoskeletal symptoms, infections and sexual health. All students come to the clinic through a needs assessment. We use the BeeHealthy digital platform and the work of general practitioners also includes remote appointments and consultation via the digital platform (chat). We offer you: - comprehensive orientation - support from colleagues and supervisors - good consultation opportunities - opportunity to participate in a mentoring program - training to support the development of your skills - opportunity to tailor the job description Regarding terms of employment and remuneration, we follow the agreement between YTHS and the Finnish Medical Association. The position-specific salary range for our general practitioners is 6,668–7,348 and for our specialists 7,410–8,167 euros per month. The monthly salary may include a personal salary component of 6-24%. Medical certificates and reports are paid according to the TES. We take care of our employees. To support the development of your skills, we offer versatile training. Work at YTHS can be approved for 6 months towards the general medical specialist qualification (YEK). We expect from you a Licentiate of Medicine degree or a specialist physician's degree and a Valvira-authorized right to act as a healthcare professional. In addition, we hope for good interaction skills. In addition to the Finnish language, good English and sufficient Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
