Lobby Service Specialist

We are looking for multi-site specialists for various locations across the Helsinki metropolitan area. In our lobby services, the work is versatile customer service, for example in the lobbies of companies, business parks, cultural sites or educational institutions. In lobby services, your workday will involve, for example, receiving guests, room bookings and advising facility users, handling the telephone switchboard and mailing, access control, key management or assisting office tasks. In addition to lobby services, your duties may include facility and meeting services, assisting tasks in financial administration or other various assistant tasks. Our multi-site specialist and relief team serves as an important support and additional resource to ensure the smoothness of our daily lobby service operations. In the multi-site team, you do not work at only one workstation, but after orientation, you will be able to work in varying lobby locations as a substitute for their permanent employees. In this position, your workdays are not always the same – you will get to solve possible problem situations and act in rapidly changing situations. Work sites are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area and shifts in our lobby tasks are focused on weekdays, but in some of our lobby points there are also evening and weekend shifts. Working hours are between 60-120h in three-week periods. The remuneration for the position is according to the security industry collective agreement level 3 (from September 1st 13.43e/h). In addition, we pay new employees a commitment bonus after an 8-month employment relationship (500e). Qualifications: In the multi-site specialist position, you need flexibility and a curious attitude towards everything new. In particular, your ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and different work environments will be beneficial to you. We hope that high-quality customer service is natural to you, that you use information technology fluently and learn the use of new systems easily. In your work, in addition to the Finnish language, you need good English language skills in customer service situations. We consider Swedish language skills an advantage. We value previous work experience in customer service tasks, but the most important thing for us is your positive customer service attitude and great interaction skills. Securitas lobby service personnel are trained according to the security industry training requirements. Working also requires a clean background and a minimum age of 18. We want to invest in your expertise and offer you the necessary training for the position (temporary guard training 40h before the employment begins and later 80h training). You will also receive a good task-specific orientation to get you started. Supporting you in your daily work is our team consisting of other skilled multi-site specialists.
