The role involves versatile networking work both with clients and among professionals. Collaboration includes health services, employment sectors, KELA, workshops, and other service providers. The client-centered approach is multidisciplinary and solution-focused, with individual client goals at the core. The aim is to strengthen clients’ study, work, and functional capacity, thereby improving employment prospects. The work emphasizes an experimental, innovative, developmental, and results-oriented approach. Services are also provided remotely. The work station is located in Riihimäki. Client work is mainly carried out in the Riihimäki area, occasionally also elsewhere in Kanta-Häme. The Riihimäki social counselor’s responsibilities also include Loppi and Hausjärvi (possibly Janakkala in the future). The salary for this position is €3,270.67/month (+ general increase of 2.27%). In addition, experience-based pay may be added, ranging from 0% to 8%. The accumulation of vacation days depends on service time. Salary and other employment terms are governed by the SOTE agreement. The working hours are 38.25 hours per week. The trial period is six months. Applications must be received by the deadline via the Kuntarekry system. The selected candidate must provide an acceptable health certificate upon receiving the employment decision within the specified time.
