We are now seeking a professional and result-oriented SITE LEAD for our Remote Engineering Centre (REC) in Kuopio. In this strategic role, you will lead a specialist unit of approximately 15 people, which is at the core of our operations optimizing the conditions and energy consumption of customer properties 24/7 using the latest technology and data. The position is full-time and permanent, reporting to the Product Manager. Your flexible working hours are primarily weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00, but the role requires flexibility and responsiveness outside these hours as the unit operates and serves 24/7. As Site Lead, you are responsible for the overall operational management of our remote engineering centre, service delivery, operational reliability, quality, and the unit's profitable operation. You will lead and motivate a diverse team that monitors, analyzes, and optimizes processes, conditions, and energy consumption in customer properties. You are responsible for resourcing, developing the team's expertise, and employee well-being in this unique remote center that operates every day of the year. You will develop the unit's operations and report on results and activities. You will also be closely involved in developing and commercializing the unit's services and technology. We expect a passion for leading specialists and developing business through data and technology. Success in the role requires: - Strong and proven experience in successful team leadership and a coaching management approach. - Relevant technical education (e.g., M.Sc. Tech, Engineer) in building, energy, or automation technology, and a good understanding of property processes and systems. - Understanding and experience in result-oriented operations, budgeting, and business development. - Ability to understand the role of data and technology as a business enabler. Experience in data analytics and IoT solutions is a significant advantage. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to act convincingly with various stakeholders. - Good communication skills in both Finnish and English.
