We are looking for an enthusiastic salesperson/someone with cooking skills for a permanent employment relationship at K-market Muikku in Posio. K-Market Muikku is a versatile, active grocery store that is involved in the seasons. Muikku has a versatile selection and this will grow due to the new store property next year. The work is versatile and varied and follows the seasons a lot. We work at a brisk pace but in a relaxed and fun group. Facilitating customers' everyday lives and high-quality service are at the center of our operations. As a salesperson, your duties include, among other things, customer service at the checkout, active sales work, building displays, ensuring shelf availability and store condition, and other store work. We value the ability to take responsibility as well as an efficient and careful working style. As a salesperson, your significance in the success of the customer's shopping trip is critically important. We hope for from you: - a joyful and open customer service attitude - a proactive and flexible attitude and the ability to withstand pressure - the ability to work both alone and in a team - a desire to develop and enthusiasm to learn new things - Finnish language skills and at least 18 years of age - readiness to work during all the store's opening hours - Food preparation/cook background is a plus Work experience in the trade sector is a plus but not mandatory, as we will orient you into your duties together.
