Responsibilities
- Coordinate privacy and compliance program work
- Translate privacy and compliance requirements into practical processes
- Coordinate vendor and tool reviews with cross-functional teams
- Document data flows, subprocessors, and privacy/security considerations
- Support privacy operations and data governance for a global user base
- Develop data inventories, records of processing, retention practices
- Collaborate with technical teams on privacy-by-design for products
- Support ISO-related readiness and audit-readiness efforts
- Improve incident response readiness and escalation processes
- Create checklists, templates, and training materials for teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in software, SaaS, technology, or technical product environments.
- 5+ years of direct experience in privacy operations, compliance program management, or related fields (GRC, legal operations, security compliance, vendor governance).
- Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with legal, engineering, product, support, finance, and operations.
- Experience supporting vendor, tool, or subprocessor reviews, including privacy and security considerations.
- Experience with GDPR/EU privacy requirements, DSARs, data inventories, and records of processing.
- Technical fluency to work with data flows across cloud services, vendor tools, logs, and data storage.
- Strong project and program management, written communication, and initiative.
- Ability to work across time zones and with AI-enabled tools.
