CNC milling machine operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC milling machine operator to join our client’s team in Tampere. The role involves operating CNC milling centers, setting up machines according to drawings, and producing individual parts and small batches. You will change tools, monitor quality by measurement, and make minor program adjustments as needed. You will also perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace as part of production. Requirements include a basic education in machine and production technology or equivalent experience, prior experience with CNC milling centers, ability to read drawings, a careful and independent work style, and fluent Finnish.
