Responsibilities
- Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective automation maintenance for the specialty paper business
- Plan and monitor the maintenance budget
- Act as work planner for automation maintenance, including preventive maintenance and shutdown planning
- Manage scheduling and resourcing in collaboration with site management
- Plan and procure resources, spare parts, and supplies
- Coordinate maintenance and statutory inspections for cranes and lifting equipment
- Act as an automation expert in development and investment projects
- Maintain and develop paper machine quality control and fault detection systems
Requirements
- Technical degree, e.g., Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in industrial automation maintenance
- Knowledge of paper machine processes and equipment
- Proficiency in SAP
- Strong commitment to occupational safety
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
