We are looking for a person for the cleaning sector who is a good person at heart and communicates well with customers. The Team Leader will ensure smooth field operations together with the service supervisor, support cleaning teams in their work, solve everyday situations and participate in hands-on cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, speaks Finnish and English, has a driving license, and is friendly, positive, approachable, service-minded, with a sense of humor and a supportive colleague. Prior cleaning training or experience is welcome but not mandatory; we value general work-life skills, taking responsibility and a willingness to learn. We will train you thoroughly.
