Site Reliability Engineer job description and responsibilities: The candidate will support Cloud Operations to drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability across IFS Cloud services. The role includes leading event, incident, case, and problem management, service-request fulfilment, and collaboration with architects, engineering and product teams, account management, and platform vendors. Key duties include maintaining SOPs, KBAs, and utilizing support tools; following SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction; mentoring junior engineers; and contributing to training. Qualifications include experience with cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS), Docker, AKS, Linux/Windows administration, ITIL, Jira Service Desk, and fluency in English and Japanese.
