We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for a permanent position in Rovaniemi. The supervisor will work on the technical planning of maintenance work, preventive maintenance, and fault repairs, as well as managing scheduling and resourcing. Additionally, the specialist will lead maintenance work at plants together with the supervisor team. A suitable candidate for our team has: - Previous work experience in similar roles, such as supervisory positions or other responsible roles. A degree in mechanical engineering (UAS) is considered an advantage. - A proactive and hands-on attitude and the ability to operate in changing situations. - A responsible way of working and an understanding of the importance of occupational safety in a plant environment. - A Class B driver's license and the possibility of using a private car. - Flexibility regarding working hours. Experience in technical drawing or plant design, as well as expertise in hydraulics, is considered an advantage. With the applicant's consent, a security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate before the employment contract is signed. The selected person will also undergo a pre-employment medical examination required for the position. Work begins by agreement during autumn 2026. Working hours are mainly 7:00–15:30.
