Sales Assistant

Primary location: ROVANIEMI Sales Assistants for Sale Lapinmaa in Rovaniemi We are looking for seasonal employees for Sale Lapinmaa in Rovaniemi for fixed-term contracts with working hours of 15–20 h/week. Work begins as agreed, but no later than the beginning of October. The contracts are fixed-term until the end of February 2027, and in some positions, there may be an opportunity to continue after the fixed term. ❤️ You will join a satisfied and customer-oriented work community supported by an encouraging and present supervisor. In this role, you ensure that our customers receive excellent service during every visit. We need employees for the season, and for some, work is available as early as September. ❤️ In this position, you will work in diverse retail tasks and gain valuable experience in the grocery trade. Tasks include customer service, cashier work, store maintenance, and product merchandising. Remuneration is determined by the retail sector's collective agreement (TES), and shift premiums are paid according to the TES. Achieving unit goals is also reflected in your pocket as a performance bonus of up to €1.30 per hour worked. 🚩 We are looking for a positive and energetic attitude and a desire to provide our customers with excellent customer experiences.
