About the role

Premises Services is responsible for a diverse range of facility management and space planning tasks. We manage the premises and contract portfolio of 450 social, health, and rescue service properties. Additionally, our area of responsibility includes lease agreements, residential rentals, space planning, as well as new premises projects and their advocacy. As a Project Manager, you will use your expertise to ensure that premises projects in accordance with the social and health care premises program progress according to the strategy and the goals of the premises program. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the formation of premises projects, needs assessments, and project plans for health centers, family centers, and dental care in accordance with the premises program, as well as carrying out the competitive bidding of lease agreements together with service and procurement experts. When forming projects, you will consider service production needs and cost-effective space solutions, and form a view on the need for changes in current sites and the service network. With your expertise, you will provide insight into an efficient premises portfolio that meets service production needs. You have experience in the development of social and health care properties. You negotiate fluently with different parties. You are accustomed to working amidst changes and bring fluidity to the project with your work approach. A driver's license is also required for the position. We hope for initiative, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Project management experience is a requirement. Success in the job requires good cooperation and customer service skills, coordinating the schedules of different partners, monitoring costs, clear communication, and the ability to adapt and adjust project schedules to a changing operating environment.
