The work includes individual rehabilitation for children, carried out either at our office or in the client's everyday environment in Kuusamo and its neighboring municipalities. The client group includes both children and adults, but the primary focus is on child clients. The Kuusamo office provides speech, occupational, and physiotherapy. Our team consists of professionals from various rehabilitation fields. In a multidisciplinary team, we learn from each other and provide high-quality rehabilitation for the benefit of our clients. Your immediate supervisor is a rehabilitation professional who ensures that daily operations run smoothly, allowing you to focus on client work. You can be employed under an employment contract with various salary models or a professional practitioner's agreement. Part-time work is also possible. For a full-time speech therapist on a monthly salary, the salary is €4,030 – €4,739, depending on experience and the work area. We use flexible working hours on weekdays, meaning you can plan the rhythm of work to suit you. If you wish, you can also choose our performance-based pay model, where you can influence your own salary. Our speech therapists working on performance-based pay earn an average of €4,000 - €6,500 per month depending on their own pace. Working with a performance-based pay model is flexible - you can do less, in which case your earnings are correspondingly lower, or more, in which case your income level can be significantly higher than the average. The form of employment or working hours can be modified according to your needs, and our extensive network of offices also enables moving to another location if your life situation changes. To succeed in the job, you need: - A degree in speech therapy and speech therapist qualification granted by the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Social Services (Valvira). - A driver's license and the possibility of using your own car if necessary. - A flexible approach and a positive attitude. - Vaccination protection in accordance with the Communicable Diseases Act to ensure the safety of our clients. - The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract as required by the Act on the Supervision of Social Welfare and Health Care. - Previous work experience as a speech therapist and any additional or supplementary training are considered an advantage.
