Job Description

Customer success is a fairly new and strategic department at Canonical, with the objective to reduce risk and churn, facilitate the adoption of new products or services and support expansion within existing accounts. Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for developing trust with their assigned customers and providing them with the best possible experience navigating Canonical's vast offering. They onboard new customers, coordinate complex projects, collaborate with sales and support teams, manage customer portfolios, and serve as customer advocates. The role requires native French and excellent English, with at least 5 years of IT experience, familiarity with Linux, cloud, and agile methodologies. The position is remote within the EMEA region, with opportunities for travel and professional growth.
