Personal Assistant

Personal assistant in Pyhäntä – 80 hours per month. We are seeking a reliable and warm personal assistant for a long-term employment in Pyhäntä. In the job you will assist a person with long-term illness in their own home as well as outside the home. Duties are varied and depend on the day and the needs of the assisted person. Tasks include: helping with routine household chores, going to the store and other errands, outdoor activities and leisure, accompanying on visits and trips (e.g., to relatives), and other personal assistance to support everyday life. Work averages about 80 hours per month. Shifts mainly on weekdays, with occasional evenings and Saturday work. Working hours are agreed in advance as possible. We value reliability, calmness, flexibility, and good interaction skills. The job requires respecting the assisted person’s autonomy, privacy and wishes. Previous experience in assisting is a plus, but the position can be trained, so the most important is a suitable attitude and genuine interest in the work.
