As a personal assistant, you will be part of our clients’ valuable stories. At Validia, personal assistance clients are people within the scope of disability services. Personal assistance is home-based or community-based support for tasks the person cannot perform due to illness or disability. It may include helping with hobbies or studies, home chores, or enabling leisure activities. Sometimes the most important task is to be a conversational companion and to provide company: a calm presence for the person. The role is meaningful as it aims to support living at home for as long as possible and to offer an active, meaningful daily life that respects the client’s autonomy. The job offers variety and variability; shifts are arranged with the client. You work independently and commit to agreed practices. An open attitude and your own personality will take you far. The role is suitable for students and retirees as a side job thanks to flexible hours. We do not require a professional education or work experience, but these are a plus.
