Esperi Hoivakoti Riihelä as an on-call workplace At Hoivakoti Riihelä, we provide 24-hour care for the elderly and those with memory diseases. We are located in a nature-close area in Pöytylä, where we enjoy shared summer days with a cup of coffee in the open courtyard. Riihelä has two group homes: Kuusela and Koivula. Practical nurse's work with us As a nurse, you create a safe, meaningful, and valuable everyday life for our residents through your presence. Your work includes basic care, outdoor activities with our residents, supporting functional capacity, monitoring our residents' well-being, and various nursing procedures. In addition, you participate in daily arrangements and activity activities together with the rest of the team. We orient on-call workers to our unit and our working practices so that it's nice to come to a shift and you know what is expected of you. You can trust that you can always ask your colleagues for help! Employment details We are looking for practical nurses for flexible on-call work. We hope that you can start with us as soon as possible! On-call work is based on a framework agreement that does not obligate you to a certain number of hours. Salary In remuneration, we follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The base salary for a practical nurse, depending on experience additions, is according to salary class G20C 2,493.06 - 2,719.93 € (starting 1.9.2026). On-call workers are paid an hourly wage, and the salary is paid twice a month. Possible shift-specific additions are added to the base salary.
