Maintenance Technician

RestaRama (Horeca Finland Oy) is looking for a customer-oriented and proactive professional kitchen equipment installer/maintenance technician for a full-time position (40h/week) at the Tampere location. Job description: We are looking for a maintenance technician skilled in the service and maintenance of professional kitchen equipment for our Tampere location. The work includes the inspection, maintenance, installation, and minor repairs of equipment in restaurants and large kitchens, such as refrigerators, freezers, ovens, stoves, and display cases. The work is hands-on and requires diligence, basic knowledge of electrical and refrigeration technology, and an interest in industry equipment. The work involves occasional travel, making it suitable for someone who enjoys a varied work environment and is willing to travel around the Pirkanmaa region during the workday. Our company is a full-service HoReCa house providing holistic solutions for restaurant and professional kitchen operations. We sell and import a wide range of high-quality restaurant machinery and equipment from the world's leading manufacturers. We serve a diverse range of both large and small operators, whether it is the procurement of individual products, larger restaurant projects, or highly customized design solutions. We currently have two locations: a main warehouse in Kankaanpää and a showroom/store in Tampere. We are a growing company and are expanding our operations to the Helsinki metropolitan area by the end of the year. Our Tampere team consists of four people, including salespeople and a designer. The Tampere location has a maintenance room, so the future maintenance technician will have their own workspace and a car at their disposal. Tasks: - Maintenance and inspection of refrigeration and other professional kitchen equipment - Assistance with installation and commissioning - Fault analysis and minor repairs We hope the applicant has: - A suitable vocational qualification (electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration field) - Fluent skills in Finnish and English - Ability to work independently, diligence, responsibility, and a customer service attitude - A Class B driver's license and willingness to travel during the workday - Any refrigeration expertise and work experience, as well as a valid refrigerant license for over 3 kg, are considered an advantage We offer: - Permanent employment and full-time hours (40 h / week) - Opportunity to develop in HoReCa equipment maintenance tasks - A work environment as part of the growing Horeca Finland Oy team - Competitive salary
