Are you a machinist starting your career or someone who has already gained some experience? Join a skilled and ambitious team! We are looking for a motivated machinist for a full-time, long-term employment relationship in Pori for our client company. The position is an excellent fit for someone at the beginning of their career, but experienced machinists are also welcome. The most important things are a proactive approach and the right attitude. Work is performed in a single day shift. The work begins in August as a rental employment relationship through WorkPower, with the goal of subsequent permanent employment by the client company. What does the work involve? Initially, the work focuses on manual turning, so we hope you have mastery of the basic skills. As your expertise grows, you will gradually be introduced to CNC machining with Heidenhain control under the guidance of more experienced colleagues. The work is versatile, so we value a willingness to learn new things and take on various machine shop tasks. You will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with, for example, sheet metal work, grinding, milling, and the use of other machines – if something is new, we will provide guidance. In this role, you will be able to develop your skills over the long term and grow into a versatile machinist among professionals.
