Fixed-term employment for a Practical Nurse (Night Nurse) from 24.08.2026 to 27.09.26, for community housing at Hyllykalliokoti. We are looking for a responsible Practical Nurse with a calm approach to work for night shifts at the Hyllykalliokoti community housing unit. As a night nurse, you will carry out home care visits within the community housing unit, be responsible for the safety and well-being of residents, and provide basic care during the night. The work includes monitoring well-being, providing necessary care, administering medication, and maintaining a calm and safe environment. Night shifts emphasize independent work, judgment, and an individual approach to clients. We expect from you: - Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions - Competence in medication administration (LOVe) or readiness to complete it The eligibility requirement is a vocational qualification in social and health care, Practical Nurse (eligibility according to Act 559/1994 or 817/2015). The terms of employment and remuneration are determined according to the SOTE agreement, with a position-specific salary at the start of employment of 2767.43 €/month. A probationary period applies to the employment. The selected candidate may be required to provide a drug test result. HYVAEP is a nicotine-free workplace. The position requires vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act and a report on respiratory tuberculosis according to Section 55.
