**Optima is seeking an INSTRUCTOR (75%) responsible for the Hobby for All project** **Location:** Jakobstad and Nykarleby **Tasks:** · Plan, lead, and implement leisure activities for students at our facilities · Activate students who do not participate in any leisure activities · Participate in selected parts of the project network's activities · Participate in building cooperation with local associations and organizations We are looking for someone with experience in planning and leading leisure activities for youth. You want to encourage our students to try new hobbies and engage in leisure activities. You have a good ability to cooperate and communicate. In the project, you will also work with youth with functional variations. Employment period: Fixed-term employment, from August by agreement - 31.05.2028. Qualifications: The tasks require a suitable university degree or other suitable education. Language skills: Good knowledge of Swedish. Knowledge of Finnish and English is seen as an advantage. Working hours are varying and partially performed in the evenings. Work schedule planning is done in agreement with the supervisor and according to the project plan.
