Site Engineer

We are looking for a site engineer for our client company's demanding and interesting infrastructure construction project in Tampere. You will work on an infrastructure project involving underground and above-ground construction in a challenging urban environment, lasting several years. You will be involved in building a new road connection and renovating the street environment in the city center. This project offers a unique opportunity to increase expertise in demanding infrastructure and rock construction. As a site engineer, you will be an important part of the site organization and participate in the daily management of the project together with experienced infrastructure construction professionals. In your work, you will participate in HSE tasks and ensure the implementation of quality and occupational safety through your daily activities together with stakeholders. Success in the position requires: * A suitable university degree, for example, Civil Engineer (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) or Construction Foreman (B.Sc.). * Several years of experience working in demanding construction projects. * Excellent interaction skills and the ability to take control of situations. * Ability to work under pressure and a systematic, responsible approach to work. * Willingness to travel. Good English language skills and valid, suitable FISE qualifications are considered an advantage.
