Store Manager

NORMAL is a young, dynamic company that has opened hundreds of stores across Europe and continues to grow in Finland. We are seeking a Store Manager for our store at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. In this role, you are responsible for the store's success and the customer experience, leading your team with inspiration and continuously developing the store. Working at the airport is particularly fast-paced, versatile, and requires strong situational awareness. Although the store is relatively small, it demands a high degree of initiative, responsiveness, and daily prioritization. We are looking for a candidate with experience as a store manager and a track record of result responsibility. You should be curious, eager to learn, and comfortable with making mistakes. The ideal candidate works independently, takes charge in challenging situations, is hardworking, and has an eye for detail, especially in visual merchandising. We value creativity, a 'show-oriented' approach to creating an experiential store, and a strong customer-centric and merchant mindset. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment and able to perform under pressure. Proficiency in both Finnish and English is required. You will also actively participate in developing and optimizing NORMAL's unique business concept.
