Our client is a Finnish machine shop founded in the 1980s, providing versatile manufacturing services for the metal industry. The company's operations cover the entire production chain from bidding to manufacturing, surface treatment, and assembly. Additionally, the company provides design support services, such as 3D modeling and manufacturability assessment. Operations are based on efficient procurement and logistics solutions as well as continuous development of personnel and operating methods. The company has established itself as a long-term and reliable partner in Finnish industry. Your Workday Your workday as an industrial painter consists of surface treatment and painting of various steel and metal structures in an industrial environment. You will be responsible for the pre-treatment of parts before painting, wet painting, and ensuring the quality of the work. You will work as part of a professional production team where high-quality workmanship and cooperation are important. Your working hours are 40 hours per week. Work is primarily performed on weekdays in a 2-shift system, with shifts in the mornings from 6:00–14:00 and evenings from 14:00–22:00, but we hope for a willingness to work in a three-shift system if necessary. The Technology Industries collective agreement applies to your employment.
