We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented bar worker for the Flamingo Spa restaurant team, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to create a positive atmosphere for customers from the first encounter. Flamingo Spa is Finland's most popular water park and spa complex, serving families with children, adult spa guests, as well as guests of various events and groups. Our restaurants operate in the heart of a world of experiences – workdays are varied, customer flows are large, and the atmosphere is often unique. What does your work involve? You will work diversely in our restaurant's bar and customer service tasks. Your duties include, among others: - preparing drinks and cocktails - active and customer-oriented sales work - ensuring the smooth operation and cleanliness of the bar point - working at various events as well as during busy evenings and weekends - ensuring a safe and pleasant customer experience - other restaurant customer service tasks What do we expect from you? We hope for: - previous experience in bar or restaurant work - solid knowledge of beverage products and the ability to work independently - good stress tolerance and a brisk work pace - a genuine service attitude and an active approach to sales - willingness to work evenings and weekends - a valid alcohol serving permit (anniskelupassi) and hygiene passport - fluent Finnish language skills and readiness to serve customers in English A valid security guard card (järjestyksenvalvojakortti) and experience in security tasks are considered a significant advantage. We can also discuss the possibility of training a suitable person for the role as a security guard. What do we offer you?
