AI Operations Specialist at Truster, Helsinki; hybrid role requiring Finnish, English and accounting knowledge.
We are Clevry, and we are looking for an AI Operations Specialist for our client Truster in central Helsinki. The position is full-time and permanent, and you will be employed directly by Truster. The role will start as soon as a suitable person is found. The work follows a hybrid model: mainly 3–4 days a week at the office and 1–2 days remotely. As an AI Operations Specialist, you will work with Truster’s AI-based customer service, guidance content and operational analytics. AI is used extensively at Truster as part of the customer journey, and in this role you will ensure that AI finds the right information, recognises the customer’s situation and can answer customer questions as effectively as possible. You will analyse customers’ questions and behaviour and use this information to develop the content and practices used by AI. In practice, the work combines information analysis, using and developing AI, and technical content creation. You will identify recurring questions and problem situations in the data, write clear guidance and articles based on them, and test AI to ensure customers get the right answers in the right context. The goal is to identify customer needs and potential problems in advance and serve customers as well as possible. You will also analyse the customers’ overall experience and operational processes, for example from the beginning of a customer relationship through invoicing and money flows. Success in the role particularly requires a good understanding of financial administration, analytical thinking and an interest in using AI in practical business operations. Main responsibilities • Analysing, testing and continuously developing AI-based customer service • Analysing customer questions, searches, behaviour and recurring problem situations • Producing and developing guidance and articles used by AI based on identified customer needs • Training and testing AI with different questions and customer situations • Analysing the use and performance of public guidance produced by AI • Operational analysis of customer and transaction journeys, for example invoicing, payments and money flows • Proactively identifying and resolving recurring problems using AI and data What we expect from you • Relevant commercial or technical education, for example in financial administration, business or IT • Good understanding of financial administration and accounting • Analytical thinking and the ability to form logical conclusions from numbers, data and different information sources • Experience or a strong interest in actively using AI tools such as Claude or similar tools • Understanding of how to use AI to assess software code functionality • Ability to use AI to analyse information, identify similarities and solve problems • Ability to write clear, consistent and customer-focused guidance and articles • A proactive and independent approach to work and a desire to try and develop new practices • Fluent Finnish and English Swedish is considered an advantage. We also value previous experience training or testing AI or developing AI-based practices.
