We are now looking for a Service Supervisor in SEINÄJOKI for our growing team. In cleaning supervisor and guidance tasks, you will be responsible for the operational planning and smoothness of our customer sites' cleaning services. The person we are looking for is genuinely service-minded, customer-oriented and enjoys organizing their work efficiently even in an occasionally busy work environment - not forgetting a diamond problem-solving ability! We expect from you: Success in the tasks requires previous experience in the cleaning industry, supervisory tasks such as in the role of a service coordinator, and the profitable management of customer accounts. The person we are looking for must be able to communicate effortlessly in both Finnish and English and genuinely enjoy a multicultural work environment. At the heart of the job description are also strong interaction and negotiation skills and the ability to act in a self-directed supervisory role - leading by example and motivating subordinates are part of the daily activities. In this job, you will need a driver's license; the possibility of using your own car is seen as an advantage. A vocational qualification in the field is also an advantage for you. Remuneration in the position is according to the agreement, taking into account your previous experience and educational background.
