Palletizer

Contio Henkilöstöpalvelut is seeking a brisk and social palletizer for a long-term employment relationship at a client's site located at Perno Shipyard. The work is performed on weekdays in three shifts. This role is well-suited for individuals interested in physical work and the logistics industry. Responsibilities include various aspects of palletizing, such as scanning goods and marking them in the system, sorting, and moving items to the correct locations. The work resembles terminal operations and requires a keen eye for detail. There is also the possibility to operate an overhead crane, so a lack of fear of heights is preferred. Orientation is provided at the start of employment. Requirements include proficiency in operating a counterbalance forklift, a responsible team-player attitude, and a priority on safety and care. Good physical condition and fluency in Finnish are required, as communication skills are key. Previous experience in warehouse work is considered an advantage.
