Villa Niitty as a workplace Villa Niitty offers a sensory-friendly, well-being log home for 14 developmentally disabled people on the autism spectrum. Our clients are young adults who need versatile and strong support around the clock. Arts, culture, and nature are important in our everyday life. It is important to us to enable participation for everyone in a unique and versatile everyday life - in addition to daily activities, you will participate in shopping trips, hobby visits, and events. The coach's work is mainly two-shift work. Your duties include, among other things, planning, guiding, and evaluating the daily activities of clients (RAI), care and nursing, implementation of medication therapy, reporting and recording, maintaining professional skills, developing operations and the work unit, and working closely in cooperation with networks. You will receive support in your work from both the unit management and other coaches and instructors. Would you fit in with us? For the coach's position, we require a university of applied sciences degree in the social or health field suitable for the coach's position and registration with Valvira.
