Hullu Poro Oy in Levi seeks cheerful and enthusiastic elves to join the Elämyskylä Tonttula team for the Christmas season 2026. The role focuses on creating and delivering guest experiences at Elämyskylä Tonttula, offering a range of program services and festive atmosphere year-round. The position can be full-time or part-time for December 2026, with scheduling arranged with the selected candidate. Tasks include welcoming and entertaining visitors, leading outdoor games and crafts for all ages, assisting with experiential services such as route and equipment prep, communicating information on social media and distributing guidance materials, and performing as a christmas elf at Tonttula, the hotel, and café events. Desired candidate traits include courage to perform as a festive elf, enthusiasm to work with children and adults, strong interpersonal skills and service-mindedness, flexible hours including seasonal and evening shifts, prior customer service, program services or performance experience preferred but not required, and basic Finnish and English language skills with other languages viewed as an asset.
