Senior HR Specialist

You will work closely with the HR Partner and play a key role in supporting managers and staff through the employment lifecycle. You will also be responsible for the overall payroll in Finland and participate in HR planning, skills development and the use of HR data. In this role you will counsel and coach managers, handle personnel and well-being matters, and coordinate HR processes. You will support change planning and implementation with managers and the rest of the organization. Communication plays an important role, ensuring personnel information is conveyed clearly and timely. You will also contribute to improving employee experience and wellbeing.
