Locksmith

We are seeking a locksmith or locksmith apprentice for Rauman Lukitustekniikka in Pori. The role involves applying practical skills in diverse and challenging tasks, with emphasis on independent, responsible work and a genuine desire to help customers. A clean customer-service background and Finnish language skills are required; a background in metal, wood, or electronics is advantageous, but the primary requirement is eagerness to learn and grow. If you are at the start of your career or studying the field, you can apply as an apprentice. You will receive orientation and support from experienced colleagues and will learn the practical tasks of the lock industry in a varied way. We value initiative, interest in technology, and willingness to develop into a professional. In your daily work you will engage in locking solutions, assembly, installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical locking systems. Work sites vary from residential properties to offices, hotels, and large client contracts. The role offers diverse days and the opportunity to influence your own work. We also install and service door and gate automation, bringing a broad range of technical challenges and new skills to learn. A valid driving license and good health are required. The company has on-call contracts with customers, and more experienced workers may participate in on-call rotations, bringing additional responsibilities and pay.
