Technical Sales Specialist at Insta Kinetics serves as the technical sales expert at the customer interface and as a key link between customers, sales, product development and manufacturing. The role aims to identify customers’ operational needs and technical requirements and translate them into solutions that support both sales and product development. You will support the progression of sales projects by providing technical expertise during proposal and contract stages, participate in customer meetings, and be responsible for product demonstrations and training as well as supporting the deployment of products in customers’ environments. Key responsibilities include acting as the technical expert for sales and product support, planning and leading customer demos, tests and trainings and related materials, producing and commenting technical content of proposals and contracts, translating customer operational needs into technical requirements, collecting customer and field feedback and communicating insights to product development, collaborating with product development on roadmap preparation from customer and market perspectives, supporting deployment in customer environments, and liaising with authorities within your area. The role is autonomous and international, with regular travel within Finland and abroad for customers, trainings, tests and demos.
