Part-time Construction Laborer

Part-time construction laborers are needed for Tampere and the Tampere region. We are looking for energetic construction laborers to work on our client company’s job sites. Previous experience in construction is a plus but not required. The most important is a motivated attitude, reliability and willingness to learn new skills in construction. As a construction helper you will be part of a site team and participate in various supportive tasks. Tasks may include carrying and clearing work, maintaining general tidiness, assisting more experienced workers, and other duties according to your skills and experience. If you have prior construction experience, please mention it in your application. We aim to find tasks matching your skills and to consider your preferences and target sites. Requirements include being of legal age, a good attitude and willingness to learn, comfort with physical work, a valid Työturvallisuuskortti (occupational safety card), and having a car is an advantage. What we offer: opportunities to work in varied tasks, construction work hours on weekdays 7:00–15:30, compensation according to the Building Construction Collective Agreement, based on experience, 12.60–14.20 EUR/hour + TES supplements, good and quality work gear, and support from an experienced HR team.
