Winter Activity Guide

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused winter activity guide for the period 15 Nov 2026 to 31 Mar 2027. In the role you will work actively with guests, delivering high-quality experiences for small groups and private customers. As a guide you will lead winter activities, ensure safety and comfort of groups, and share interesting information about Lapland’s nature, local culture and regional features. We expect excellent customer service skills, a responsible attitude, and a desire to develop our activity offerings. The job also includes daily maintenance of the property and yard with the rest of the team, such as snow work, maintenance of access routes, and tidying the yard. The role is varied, combining customer service, outdoor activities and practical property tasks as part of the team. Requirements include good command of English (other languages are a plus), ability to guide and motivate groups, sociable customer service mindset, knowledge of the Lapland area and culture, understanding and interest in productising activities, strong snowmobile experience, competence in various sports activities, initiative, and interest in diverse duties. Bonus if you have photography and social media skills and first aid competencies.
