Location: Lahti, Päijät-Häme Employment type: Part-time (20 h/week), fixed-term until 31.5.2027 Salary: Property services sector TES pl 5 + possible additions Start of employment: By agreement Working hours: Weekdays 7:00-16:00 Insight into your future role We are looking for a property caretaker for versatile property maintenance tasks. Duties range from outdoor work to working with property technology and automation, so previous experience in the field is an advantage. Knowledge of property automation and a basic vocational qualification in property maintenance are basic requirements for the position. The role involves travel, so a Class B driver's license is essential. We also value handyman skills and machinery operation skills, as maintenance and repair work are part of the daily tasks. Valid occupational safety, hot work, and water work cards are an advantage, but we provide training if necessary. Luotea – Impact deeper than the surface What does success in the job require? * Basic vocational qualification in property services or equivalent training * Previous experience in property maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on technical work * Customer orientation, flexibility, and an independent approach to work * Class B driver's license * Occupational safety, hot work, and water work cards are considered an advantage * Fluent Finnish language skills (Fluency in Finnish is a requirement for this position) Why work for Luotea?
