Lifeguard

Uinninvalvojia Flamingon Vesipuistoon Hakuaika: 5.–23.8.2026. Flamingo is Finland’s leading indoor water park and spa & sauna world for adults. We are seeking responsible and service-minded lifeguards to join our pool team. We offer 15–30 hours per three-week shift periods, with opportunities for those with lifeguard and first aid certifications; training may be extended to swimming lessons or baby swimming sessions. We value a relaxed, humorous work culture, with a focus on genuine teamwork and development. Summer shifts are plentiful, providing a good summer job. The role suits those who enjoy safety, customer service, and proactive problem prevention. Responsibilities include supervising pool and related areas, guiding guests, preventing hazards, ensuring smooth operations with the team, and maintaining high customer satisfaction with a positive, service-oriented attitude. We welcome applicants who have completed lifeguard and first aid courses; good water rescue and first aid skills; fluent Finnish and basic English; strong stress tolerance and willingness to face new situations; being of legal age; ability to make independent decisions; a cheerful, proactive, service-oriented attitude.
