In CFO Services at Deloitte Consulting, we transform finance functions through optimization of organization, processes, and systems. In close collaboration with the customer's employees, we are the extra resources that ensure competencies and time for improvements. Our projects are both short and long-term, leaving all our customers in a better place with a long-term positive effect on processes and the bottom line. As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with customers to develop their finance function, involving tasks from optimizing daily operations to developing finance strategies. You will work closely with experienced colleagues. Learning and development are high priorities; you will be assigned a Talent Manager and participate in internal training programs like the Consulting Academy and Finance Transformation Academy. The position can be filled from Copenhagen or Aarhus. Typical tasks include: assisting and advising in finance and accounting functions, mapping and optimizing core processes including through AI, KPI and management reporting using Power BI, developing methods or models for strategic decisions, and transforming finance functions. Requirements: Master's degree (e.g., cand.merc.aud or equivalent) and 2-6 years of professional experience. Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes. Experience from a consulting or auditing firm. Ability to communicate clearly across different levels of an organization. Team player with an analytical mindset.
